Prices

All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed once paid for in full by you. Please note, prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the product or service. Such factors may include adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes and airfare increases

All prices are in Philippine Pesos.

Variations

The estimated quote is based on information known to us now. The total cost to you may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as an increase in supplier’s charges or due to additional requests such as additional flower set ups or vehicles or request for additional items or request for additional time in viewing, or variations to the outlined quote. If this occurs the amount payable by you will vary from the quote provided. Please note, should the actual cost of a obituary notice or flowers or additional viewing days exceed the amount quoted, you will need to pay the actual cost and not the quote.

Funeral Service Fee

Funeral Service Fee incorporates the tasks and services involved in arranging, planning and conducting the funeral service, these may vary between funeral service providers.

Exclusions

hese include, but are not limited to:

• Additional Viewing days.

• Rosary or vigil prayers or viewing at an external venue.

• Full embalming (required for overseas repatriation and other situations).

• Reconstruction fee’s (If the deceased has been autopsied).

• Travel outside our usual operating area.

• Additional vehicles other than the Hearse

• Payment to third parties, which are called third party fees.

• Extra staff.

• Oversized, infant and child services.

• Additional items not listed in the quote.

Facilities and Equipment/Transportation

These include, but are not limited to:

• Provision and maintenance of specialised funeral transportation fleet.

• Transfer of the deceased from place of death, within a geographic radius.

• Specified transportation of the deceased to service.

• Care for and preparation of the deceased.

Cemetery, Crematory and Government Charges

These charges are set by the individual cemeteries, crematory and by the local Government, and are therefore not included in the quote.

Other Fees

There are generally a range of other services and fees, which are optional and not included in the quotes provided.

There may be additional funeral related services required at the time of providing the Services that have not been included in the quoted amount. These items could include, but are not limited to, cemetery costs, local government fees (burial/Cremation permits and transfer permits), Guest books/cards, transport beyond the local area (see above), additional family vehicles, audio visual services, remembrance services plus any specific funeral disbursement costs requested at the time of need but not included in the quoted amount.

Third Party Fees

These consist of the monies paid to the funeral service provider on your behalf to other third parties in order to carry out the funeral in accordance with your instructions.

These include, but are not limited to:

• Cemetery or Crematorium fees.

• Religious service fees paid to the Preist/Pastor.

• Funeral Obituary notices.

• Registered Death Certificates.

• Application for Burial/Cremation and transfer permits

• Any other Certificates required. For example Cremation certificate and Embalming Certificate

Value Added Tax (VAT)

Vat is payable on funeral service provider fees and the supply of goods and services where applicable.

Senior Citizens Discount

SCD will be applied to full priced packages only
